Andrea meets all expectations and is always willing to do whatever is asked, work outside normal hours and help with tasks that do not specifically fall under her direct remit, picking up all new projects and helping drive them forward. Coaching/leading colleagues in other times to drive towards achieving business outcomes for projects as soon as possible and not letting perfect get in the way of good.
